Upcoming COA Trip
The COA is taking a trip to Nappanee, Indiana to visit Amish Acres - the only Amish Farm listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Once there you’ll enjoy the famous Threshers Dinner, an all-you-can-eat family style dinner that has been called the best meal in Indiana. After lunch you will enjoy Plain and Fancy, a charming musical comedy about two New Yorkers interacting with Amish folk. Departure is 9:30 a.m. from Sturgis and 10 a.m. from Three Rivers. Lunch begins at Noon and the show starts at 2 p.m. Cost: $65.00 per person
Caregiver Support Class
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week educational program designed to help take care of you while you are caring for a relative, friend or loved one. You will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent, spouse, friend, someone who lives at home, in a nursing home, or across the country.
TIME: 1 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Tuesdays at the Three Rivers Community Center
Classes begin September 12 and end October 17

Annual Farm to Table Meal
The COA's Nutrition Department is hosting its popular Farm to Table Meal, which will be served at Noon at our sites in Three Rivers, Sturgis and Klines Resport. All of the food served will be provided by St. Joseph County farmers. If you would like to attend, please sign up in advance by calling the COA at (269) 279-8083.
