Project Fresh
The COA will once again have Project Fresh coupons for seniors who qualify. Participants are given $20 in vouchers to use at participating farmers markets and roadside stands throughout Michigan. Coupons, which will be available for distribution the second week of June, can be used just like cash for Michigan- grown products such as berries, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, beans, honey and more. Tai Chi Classes at the COA
We offer Tai Chi classes every Thursday at the COA. Not only are the classes a great way to strengthen your balance, relieve stress and improve your overall fitness – they are free to our members! So, what are you waiting for? Call (269) 279-8083 and sign up for class today! In Three Rivers the class is from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. and in Sturgis it is from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Father’s Day Celebration
If you are a senior dad, you are invited to a fun day of fishing, games and a picnic lunch at Rawson’s King Mill Park on Tuesday, June 20 th from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Invite your son and/or grandson to join you and make it a family day – creating memories that you will cherish for years to come. The event is free, but you do need call the COA to register at (269) 279-8083.
