June is Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month!
It's important to take care of your health and that includes your mental health, too! There are lots of great ways to do that, such as increasing your level of social interaction. What better way to do that than to stop by either one of our Enrichment Centers? We have games going on most afternoons, exercise classes, sewing, crafts and much more. This month, we will offer a brain teaser right before lunch at both our centers. Anyone who participates will have their name entered into a drawing for a prize.
