Beginning Monday, July 11 the Oaks Enrichment Center will offer S.A.I.L. on Mondays at 11 a.m. in addition to Wednesdays and Fridays at 11 a.m.  S.A.I.L. which stands for Stay Active and Independent for Life is designed to help older adults improve strength, balance and fitness, which is one of the most important activities adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. This class is part of our Evidence Based Disease Prevention Program.
