S.A.I.L. Exercise
S.A..IL. – Stay Active and Independent for Life – is a class designed to help older adults improve strength, balance and fitness, which is one of the most important activities adults can do to stay active and reduce their chances of falling. This class is part of our Evidence Based Disease Prevention Program and our instructor, Lynn Zeiler, is certified to teach S.A.I.L. This class meets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. to Noon.
