Arthritis Exercise – Taking it Easy!
This class follows the guidelines set forth by the Arthritis Foundation but is geared to those that want to go at a slightly slower pace with more chair work and a lower aerobic intensity level. This class is taught by Melissa Wilson, who is certified to teach the Arthritis Exercise Foundation Program. The class meets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
