Cardio Drumming
Cardio drumming is one of the most fun workouts you’ll ever do. Using the exercise ball as your drum and mixing in fun moves, cardio drumming turns keeping a rhythm into a workout you won’t want to stop. This class is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. and is taught by Cathy Taylor. Balls, tubs and sticks are provided, but if you have your own feel free to bring it to class.
