Chair Yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. It also is a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice. Chair Yoga increases flexibility, strength and body awareness. This class is taught by Cynthia Hoss and meets on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. No need to sign up in advance.
