Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. It also is a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice. Chair Yoga increases flexibility, strength and body awareness. This class is taught by Lynn Zeiler and meets on Mondays and Thursdays from 1:00 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. No need to sign up in advance.
