Flexible You

Stretching is strongly recommended for our aging bodies.  Taught by a certified instructor and using mats on the floor, this class focuses on lengthening the areas between the joints, allowing for more flexibility and range of motion. There is attention to proper form, breathing, and relaxation. First Wednesday of each month class is in a chair. Instructor: Cathy Taylor
