Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and merengue music feels more like a dance party than a workout. Zumba Gold is for older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. Our instructor is Lynn Zeiler and she is licensed to teach Zumba Gold. The class meets on Mondays and Thursdays from 2pm - 3 pm.
